Description: 

The Delray Beach Community Redevelopment Agency is soliciting responses to this Request For Qualifications (RFQ) from interested parties for the purpose of providing professional consulting services to provide an integrated design for the existing Delray Beach Center for the Arts Campus and Old School Square Park; together these are to be referred to as Center Park consisting of 5.25 acres on Atlantic Avenue in downtown Delray Beach. The existing Campus and Park are well-known and well-used landmarks in the City.
