We are so excited to have you with us for CNU 29.Design for Change! There are two ways to access all the CNU 29 has to offer: via your hand-held mobile device or online. If you attended CNU 28.A Virtual Gathering, you may still have the CNU app on your phone! Simply click “Events” and select CNU 29 to browse this year’s app. If you do not currently have the app, you can use the buttons below to download it from the Google Play & Apple stores.

You can also access the CNU 29 programming  from the browser on your desktop or tablet. Please note, you will want to use Google Chrome for the best experience. If you need to download Google Chrome on your desktop or tablet, you can do so here.

Instructions are below. Please note: it may take 15 minutes between completing your registration and being able to access the apps.

MOBILE APP

You can now download CNU Connect, the app - available for your tablet, iPhone, or Android - that immerses you in the full Congress experience. Download the app here, or search for “CNU Connect” in your tablet or mobile device’s app store and click to install. Select the CNU 29.Design for Change event and login using the same email address that you used to register for the Congress. If the app is new to you, you'll create a password here.

Once you’ve created a login, you’ll be able to dig into session details, create a customized agenda of sessions and events, connect and chat with colleagues and fellow attendees, interact with sponsors at the virtual Exhibit Hall, and access all that CNU 29 has to offer: plenaries, breakout sessions, awards ceremonies, art rooms, fun runs, happy hours, and more than 70 continuing education credits.

THE DESKTOP EXPERIENCE

While the mobile app is fully functional and very convenient, we suggest accessing the Virtual Congress website in your computer's browser for easier session viewing. All of the features of the mobile app – full Congress agenda with session descriptions and links to the live sessions, speaker and sponsor profiles, supporting documents and other files uploaded by presenters, your notes on sessions you’ve attended, etc. – are all available from your tablet, laptop, or desktop computer.

Access the web application by clicking here. Note you will need to use the same email address as you did when you registered and the password you created on the mobile app. If you have not yet downloaded the mobile app, you would be creating a password at this step. Then, use that same password on your mobile app.

SESSION EXPERIENCE

Due to COVID, you are likely familiar with Zoom meetings, wedding, conferences, and happy hours. Most of CNU 29's sessions are done using Zoom Webinar, where you will view panelists's presentations, discussion, and engage in Q&A with the audience. New this year, some sessions will be run as meetings, allowing you to visually participate with the panel. Make sure to download the latest version of Zoom.

ACCESSING THE ARCHIVE

All sessions will be recorded and available for viewing almost immediately through the web and mobile apps. Register today to gain access to this archive.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT

If you have questions about registration, please contact Kelly Moran

If you have additional questions about technical aspects of the Congress, please contact support@cnu.org
