Description: 

The City of Batavia is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to assist with the 2015 Comprehensive Plan update. The goals of this project are to actively engage the Batavia community to identify the priority issues facing the City in the next 5 years and develop a realistic, implementable action plan that identifies the resources and partnerships essential to realizing success. The 2015 Comprehensive Plan update shall consider Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design for Neighborhood Development (LEED ND), Congress for New Urbanism (CNU), and smart growth principles. The selected consultant shall be responsible for assisting the City in completing tasks in accordance with the deliverables identified in the City New York State Energy Research and Development (NYSERDA) Cleaner, Greener Communities Program grant.


Minority and Women Owned Business Enterprises are encouraged to submit proposals.
