Description: 

Four parcels in Genesee County, NY have been recognized as a priority strategic site for redevelopment in the City of Batavia Brownfield Opportunity Area (BOA). The Batavia Development Corporation (BDC) has issued this request for proposals to identify individuals or organizations that have an interest in investing at this highly visible location in accordance with demonstrated market demands and goals of the Batavia Opportunity Area.

A variety of incentives are available for the project including acceptance into the New York State Brownfield Cleanup Program (BCP) providing confidence for an immediate return on investment and liability relief.
