Authors Joseph Gyourko (Wharton School, UPenn) and Witold Rybczynski (GSFA, UPenan) interviewed lenders about whether they would or would not invest in mixed use projects and their reasons for their decisions. Results were published in Housing Policy Debate Volume 11 Issue 3 from Fannie Mae.
