Reid Ewing, a co-author of Growing Cooler: The Evidence on Urban Development and Climate Change, recently joined the faculty of the College of Architecture and Planning at the University of Utah, where he hopes to establish a center for transportation research. Previously he was a research professor at the National Center for Smart Growth, at the University of Maryland.
