Civil Engineering Design Firm

We are searching for a civil engineering design firm with experience in new urbanism. Our project is located in Costa Rica, but we are based out of Atlanta, Georgia. Ideally the firm is located or has offices in the Atlanta area, and has international experience working with foreign based civil firms. We are a 1,200 acre master-planned resort community planned under new urbanist principals. Spanish speakers a plus, but not required.
