Steiner exiting as Bayshore operator

Steiner & Associates, a leading developer and manager of mixed-use town centers, will no longer manage the Bayshore Town Center in Milwaukee, Zona Rosa in Kansas City, Missouri, or The Greene in Beavercreek, Ohio, according to the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinal. The paper reported:

"Mall Properties Inc., a New York-based majority co-owner of Bayshore, in Glendale, will take over management duties Oct. 1. Mall Properties is starting a new asset management division, Jaeger said."

"Steiner will continue as a minority co-owner at Bayshore, Jaeger said. The developer also will turn over management duties at two other open-air centers, Zona Rosa in Kansas City, Mo., and The Greene in Beavercreek, Ohio, to Mall Properties."
