Juneau Avenue Partners announced in July that House of Blues Entertainment will occupy a 32,000-square-foot club and Jenco Cinemas will operate a 16-screen Cinemax theater in Milwaukee’s PabstCity project. The 1.2-million-square-foot PabstCity development, which uses buildings of the 130-year-old Pabst brewery complex, has been encouraged by demolition of the Park East Freeway and construction of a boulevard where the freeway used to run (see July/August 2004 New Urban News).
