Developer Greenbaum and Rose Associates’ first-phase agenda also includes 90,000 square feet of a planned one million square foot office district and the first retail pads in a 150,000 square foot town center. The traditional neighborhood development is adjacent to the 1960s planned suburb of Columbia.
