New Urbanism is apparently coming to Moscow, Russia.

New Urbanism is apparently coming to Moscow, Russia. An $80 million, intensely urban development has been proposed for a three-acre site. The project will mix residential, retail, and office space with buildings defining the edge of the block, designed according to the requirements of a downtown core.
GVA Sawyer, consultants on the project, say it is the first development in Moscow to combine residential, office, and retail. They use the phrase “New Urbanism.” The project involves both new buildings and restoration of historic structures.
