A 100-acre TND called Cotton Crossing
ROBERT STEUTEVILLE    JUL. 1, 2001
A 100-acre TND called Cotton Crossing in New Braunfels, Texas, recently began construction. As of May, six homes were built, three more were under construction, and all lots were sold in the 130-acre first phase. Multifamily dwellings and a 30,000 sq. ft. office building is being designed. The project includes some unique elements. A winery/restaurant with adjacent vineyards is planned for the edge of the site. Also planned is a hotel designed as a country inn, and an arts and convention center. A main street is planned with shops below apartments. Peter H. Brown designed the project for developer Toga LLC.
