Developer Robert Daigle, a TND pioneer in Louisiana

Developer Robert Daigle, a TND pioneer in Louisiana with the highly successful River Ranch development, has proposed a new neighborhood on 125 acres in Lafayette, Lousiana, called the Boustany Property. Daigle is partnering with Steve Oubre of Architects Southwest, which also designed River Ranch in Lafeyette and many other TNDs in the state. Oubre is financially invested in the new project, according to the Daily Advertiser. Stephen Keller of Creekstone Companies, a real estate investment and development firm, is the third member of the team. “Different from River Ranch, this $500 million project will create more “live and work” opportunities by building as high as five stories around the edge of Ambassador Caffery and Kaliste Saloom Road” the newspaper reports. “Those buildings will mix retail, office space, apartments and condominiums.”
