Glenwood Park, the 28-acre new urban infill development of former Internet pioneer Charles Brewer, is scheduled to open in the fall of 2004 in Atlanta, Georgia. The project will include 425 homes, shops, and offices. Parkside Partners recently agreed to buy an abandoned, 22,000 sq. ft. office building on the site and restore it for new tenants, says the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
