LeylandAlliance of Tuxedo Park, New York, is developing a 24-unit infill project in Newburgh, New York, with Habitat for Humanity. Eight of the units will be subsidized by Habitat and sell for an estimated $80,000, according to Leyland copresident Lou Marquet. The remaining units will be nonsubsidized workforce housing with an estimated price tag of $250,000. Donald Powers Architects of Providence, Rhode Island, is the designer. The units will be built on a parcel of a little over an acre.
