Looney Ricks Kiss, a Memphis-based architecture firm, now has an office in Princeton, New Jersey, the result of a merger with Community Planning & Research. Looney Ricks Kiss, well-known for its neotraditional home designs in Harbor Town, Celebration and elsewhere, now has three offices (the other is in Nashville). The merger gives Looney Ricks Kiss greater strength in neotraditional land planning with the addition of Jim Constantine, who founded Community Planning & Research. The staff in the Princeton office is expected to grow significantly.
