A new bimonthly publication for new traditional neighborhoods

A new bimonthly publication for new traditional neighborhoods, The Town Paper, seeks to make potential homebuyers more comfortable with the traditional neighborhood development (TND) concept by offering them residents’ perspectives on TNDs. Through a mixture of community news and opinion pieces, publisher and Kentlands homeowner Diane Dorney hopes to make the publication an educational tool for developers to use in promoting TNDs. Two issues were printed of a recent edition - one focusing on Lakelands, a new TND next to Kentlands, the other on Vermillion, a project in Huntersville, North Carolina. Contact: (301) 990-8105.
