Northwest Landing, a traditional neighborhood development (TND) in Dupont, Washington, owned by Weyerhaeuser Real Estate Company, closed sales of nearly 200 new homes in 1998, making it the best-selling new-home neighborhood in Pierce County by a margin of nearly two to one over its nearest competitor. Builders will begin construction of one hundred homes in the project’s newest neighborhood this spring. More than 550 homes and apartments are currently occupied in the TND.
