Prince George’s Metro Center, a office complex of more than one million square feet in Hyatsville, Maryland, is about to add a mixed-use town center. Plans for University Town Center include up to 1,800 apartments, 250,000 square feet of retail, additional office space, and a town square as focal point. The development is located in an established neighborhood close to the University of Maryland and is served by a Metro Station. Parker Rodriguez of Alexandria, Virginia, is the master planner.
