RFQ for Ithaca infill design

Architectural/Master Planning Services for 210 Hancock Street, Ithaca, NY.

Ithaca Neighborhood Housing Services, Inc (INHS) will receive Qualifications no later than 10:00 a.m. local time, on July 9th, 2014, at their Development Offices located at 115 West Clinton Street, Ithaca, NY 14850. The purpose of this RFQ is to secure a team of design professionals (Architectural/MEP/Landscape Architecture and Civil) to prepare a master plan and subsequent architectural plans and specifications for a  mixed-income/mixed-use redevelopment project on a 2 acre city block at 210 Hancock and 423 First Streets in Ithaca, NY.  The site has a former grocery store building with a parking lot in a mixed-use neighborhood.
