UNUM's Visioning in Chattanooga

The River City Company, with funding from the Lyndhurst Foundation, is preparing a vision plan for strategic undeveloped parcels in downtown Chattanooga controlled by UNUM, a leading corporate citizen with headquarters in the downtown.
With the assistance of Urban Design Associates, a design charrette was held in April 2014 to explore mixed-use development concepts with participation from UNUM, the downtown campus of University of Tennessee Chattanooga (UTC), the City, developers, and major stakeholders.
