Urban Design Associates (UDA) has been selected to prepare the rebuilding plan for the Lafitte, Treme, and Tulane-Gravier neighborhoods in New Orleans. Providence Community Housing of New Orleans and Enterprise Homes of Baltimore, commissioned UDA to develop a master plan for the Katrina-damaged Lafitte public housing community. The plan proposes 555 new housing units on the Lafitte site and 945 new housing units on vacant parcels in the adjacent Treme and Tulane-Gravier neighborhoods.
