Bruce Katz

Bruce Katz is, with Jeremy Nowak, the Co-Founder of New Localism Advisors and the co-author of The New Localism: How Cities Can Thrive in the Age of Populism. Katz founded the Metropolitan Policy Program at the Brookings Institution, where he most recently served as the Institution’s Centennial Scholar. Co-author of The Metropolitan Revolution, he regularly advises on policy reforms that advance the competitiveness of metropolitan areas. Katz is a member of the Next City Board of Directors, a graduate of Brown University and Yale Law School and a visiting professor at the London School of Economics.
