Description
The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to solicit qualifications from firms who can demonstrate that they possess the organizational, functional and technical capabilities to create the needed Old Town Revitalization Plan for City of Pearland. Partial responses will be deemed non-responsive and will be rejected.

How to Apply
Specifications for the RFQ may be obtained from the City’s web site at: https://pearland.ionwave.net/Login.aspx. All interested respondents are required to register as a “supplier” on the City’s E-bid System at the above web address by clicking on “Supplier Registration”. Registration provides access to any changes to the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) or the submittal time and date. Questions regarding electronic submittals or use of the City’s E-bid System should be directed to the City Purchasing Office at ebids@pearlandtx.gov . All submittals transmitted electronically will remain confidential until the opening date and time when they will be publicly unsealed and the names of the submitting firms read into the public record. RFQ documents are NOT viewable without registration.

Vendors are encouraged to submit qualification responses electronically using the City’s e-bid system, but may submit by hard-copy, with either manner due by the closing date and time stated herein. Hard-copy submittals should be addressed to: Office of the City Secretary, City of Pearland, 3519 Liberty Drive, Pearland TX 77581.
