The Alameda County Transportation Commission (Alameda CTC) is seeking a dynamic and visionary Executive Director to lead one of the best-run government agencies in the greater Bay Area. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned leader who is adept at relationship-building, staff mentorship, and transformational change management.
As the Chief Executive Officer of Alameda CTC, the Executive Director will guide the organization under the policy direction of a 22-member Commission. The role encompasses comprehensive management of all commission functions including strategic planning, project administration, and stakeholder engagement. This position is critical in ensuring the execution of high-impact projects such as the GoPort Program and various multimodal interchange modernizations.
