Our clients are mostly throughout the eastern half of the United States with some as far as the Pacific Northwest. The firm emphasizes traditional and classical architecture. Job Description:

10 years of experience in Project Management, Construction Document production, and Construction Administration. Applicants should have a B. Arch or M. Arch. A licensed architect is preferable. Experience is required preferably in institutional, non-profit, or ecclesiastic architecture. Candidates should have a strong work ethic, passion for excellence, and attention to detail. Traditional or classical training and experience are most desirable, or a willingness to learn principles of traditional design.

Responsibilities:

Project management duties include work in all phases of architecture with an emphasis on production, managing consultants, communicating with the client, reviewing drawings, producing construction details, working with others assisting in the production of drawings, and with construction administration.

Required Skills:

Applicants should have a strong understanding of building science and experience in technical drawing/detailing. Software skills include proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. Reviewing and redlining plans, construction detailing, and working with consultants are required skills. Applicant must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and proficiency with commercial building codes. Diplomacy skills are also required, including the desire to work with non-profit client committees to build consensus. Applicants should be comfortable and proficient in all duties required of a Project Manager.
