Economic Development & CRA Division Manager

Salary: $65,000-$85,000. Commensurate upon experience and qualifications.

REPORTING: The CRA Manager works for and reports to the Community Development Director.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for managing the Groveland Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) which includes the administrative operations, public relations, capital project planning and implementation and administering the implementation of the adopted Redevelopment Plan in accordance with FS Chapter 163 Part III requirements. The position also involves preparation of the annual CRA budget, preparation and submittal of annual reports and other reporting documents to appropriate regulatory agencies, public relations and community outreach with citizens groups and the local business community. The position may also involve periodic economic development projects as assigned by the City Manager. The CRA Manager shall report to and closely coordinate with the Community Development Director. The CRA Manager will provide scheduled briefings and program updates and information to the CRA Board members.
