The agenda for CNU 29 is one of the most member-informed in decades and was designed to maximize the benefits of at-home viewing for our attendees. Packed full of content and over 70 hours of continuing education credits available, all sessions will be recorded and available as an archive.
Monday and Tuesday:
Traditionally our "pre-Congress" days, Monday and Tuesday this year feature a unique blend of content - from CORE Sessions, to content developed by close partners, to new courses for hard-to-get CEU credits. See all of our Monday and Tuesday content here.
Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
The bulk of our Congress content, these days will have three tracks: Social, Policy, and Physical in addition to an International focus. See all of our Wednesday – Friday content here.
- Social Track: These sessions will examine how design has the power to change the way our communities function, from investigating who has access to resources to ensuring all voices have the opportunity to shape the future. What should society look like and how can design contribute to communicating and achieving this vision?
- Policy Track: In this era of change, policy is often the software that drives the planning, designing, and development of our built and natural environment. Sessions will investigate the present and future of policies, implications, and opportunities to achieve future-focused results that align with the Charter.
- Physical Track: Shaped by both Policy and Society, the theme of physical change is focused on the output: the built environment. The design of places, buildings, and even cities is changing before our eyes. Sessions will focus on the bricks, sticks, asphalt, concrete, landscape, and the design ideas that shape them all, and how they can align with the Charter.
