Legacy Town Center

Plano, Texas

Legacy Town Center,  inserted into the pre-existing 3,000-acre Legacy office park, has been successful enough to inspire similar development in the Dallas region. It is the driver behind a 22 percent increase in rents in the North Dallas submarket, according to Case Studies in Retrofitting Suburbia.

Legacy Town Center represents the first instance of a new urban town center being applied to an existing corporate office development.  It features urban style homes, businesses, retail establishments, a full-service hotel, restaurants, offices and open spaces in a community setting.

The town center is focused on a walkable street lined with shops, cafes, and wide sidewalks. The town center includes four hotels that serve the needs of the office park.
