What protocols are being put in place to prevent the spread of COVID-19?
The health and safety of CNU 30 attendees is our number one priority.
To safeguard the health of Congress participants, CNU is encouraging all attendees of CNU 30 to be fully vaccinated to attend in person. You can either upload a copy of your vaccination while registering or provide it upon arrival at the registration desk. Expedited registration will be made available for those who have previously uploaded their vaccination card. We will accept photographs, scanned copies, originals, or those made available through an established app such as Clear or Apple Wallet.
As of January 5, the Centers for Disease Control considers fully vaccinated to include one dose of Johnson & Johnson, or two doses of Pfizer BioNTech or Moderna. The CDC also strongly encourages all who are eligible to receive a booster vaccination.
If you are unable or unwilling to get vaccinated against COVID-19, CNU will accept proof of testing negative on the following schedule:
- A negative test result from a PCR test taken on or after March 20.
- A negative rapid antigen test to be taken on site upon your arrival, under the supervision of staff. You will be required to procure your own rapid test kit for this purpose, which must be unopened. Please plan accordingly.
The CDC currently lists Oklahoma County as orange, which does not require indoor masking. Masks are now voluntary at CNU 30.
If you have already registered, you can log back into our registration system, click through to the section titled "COVID-19 Protocols", and upload a .jpg or .pdf copy for your vaccination card. If you have any issues with this process please contact Kelly Moran (kelly@ahi-services.com).
Currently, the Sheraton Oklahoma City Downtown has committed to enhanced health and safety protocols throughout the property in both the conference center and its guest rooms. These include:
- Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: Increased frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Hotel staff will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.
- Electrostatic Spraying: Enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, have been implemented to support existing protocols.
- Disinfectant Wipes: Available in the room for every arriving guest upon request.
If you are unable or unwilling to comply with any of these requirements, you may request a full refund until March 15 by contacting Kelly Moran (kelly@ahi-services.com).
Will you be offering hybrid content?
At this time, we plan to only offer in person programming at CNU 30.Oklahoma City.
