CNU 32.Cincinnati

The Congress for the New Urbanism is so excited to announce that CNU 32 will be held in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Welcome to this historic river city where its urban core was rebuilt harnessing its own diversity to overcome adversity. Where new entrepreneurs hone their craft in new ways and old, where the south and north convene, where pigs fly.

Home to Over-the-Rhine, one of the largest, most intact urban historic districts in the country, Cincinnati is where history meets the future. This birthplace of American industry is now the logistics capital of the Midwest and the headquarters of six fortune 500 companies. Once the leading beer-producing city in the 1800s, they are now reviving that legacy with unique neighborhood breweries throughout the region.

Made up of distinct neighborhoods, Cincinnati and its surrounding region is a mosaic of unique communities and places, from the city’s seven hills to its river cities and beyond. From thriving Mainstrasse in Covington to a redeveloping College Hill, and industrious Camp Washington to name a few, Cincinnati is the crossroads of rivers, commerce, and culture. CNU 32 in Cincinnati will be a celebration of great places, regional diversity, and the deep history of opportunity in the Queen City of the West. Please join us from May 15 to 18, 2024 for CNU 32.Cincinnati!
